Lightbulb Jour de Paye 6/36, August 07, Picks.

One of the must complicated lotteries in Quebec, itís the Jour de Paye (Payday) the format is different from the rest of the country, itís a 6/36 but the cost is $2 per play, you can win $2 if you got the bonus number alone, however you start to win with 4 numbers!!!??? What make it interesting are the odds of getting the jackpot.

Using Robert Seroticís book The Only Way To Win At Lotto, I am playing a 10 numbers wheel with 2 key numbers, 4 out of 6 is guaranteed if 2 key numbers plus any 2 winning numbers are guessed correctly.

Key Numbers: 26-29

Numbers: 02-09-12-18-22-30-31-34

The combinations:

02 09 12 18 26 29
02 09 18 22 26 29
02 09 26 29 31 34
12 18 22 26 29 30
12 18 26 29 31 34
22 26 29 30 31 34

The total cost is $12. Babar

Wink Another wheel for tonightís draw.

I am playing a 10 numbers wheel with 2 key numbers, 4 out of 6 is guaranteed if 2 key numbers plus any 2 winning numbers are guessed correctly.

Key Numbers: 12-31

Numbers: 06 17 19 35 04 10 28 32 (the position of the numbers in pairs is important in this particular wheel.)

The combinations:

06 12 17 19 31 35
04 06 10 12 17 31
06 12 17 28 31 32
04 10 12 19 31 35
12 19 28 31 32 35
04 10 12 28 31 32

The final total price is $12 (previously played) + $12 = $24

My plan of attack on this lottery, itís to increase the numbers of wheels until I achieve a matrix (all 36 numbers played) in the coming weeks, and eventually win some money in the way to the jackpot. Babar

Cool The Quebec 6/36 results for the draw 2008-08-07.

The winning numbers: 06 17 20 22 27 29 (09)

My results: Bonus number (09) in 3 combinations = $6

Next week, I will add another wheel to the play . Babar

Babar

Interesting game ................ i like the fact that you are not forced quick picks.......however, the odds are a bit higher, lower payouts values on some of the higher prizes.

i wish olg took a lesson for quebec lotto and made our game similar.

Babar i see sales are low for this game it must be as popular as our payday lottery

The odds are good in a 6/36, 6 out of 6, 1 in 1 947 792.00 the problem it's the price of $2 per combination...that's why the sales are low. Babar

yep good odds ..... if only the lotto corps put the price at $1 or $.50 then they would get more people attracted to these games...

our odds for 4/77, 4 out of 4, 1:1,353,275...... really this should be one of olg's most popular games but because of poor payouts and high costs it is doing very poorly.....i think it the least popular game! Hopefully olg get's rid of this game or revamp it.
