This method is tested for 5/30 only. Balls that have appeared 4 or more
times in the last 12 draws are ruled out for returning in the next draw.
The pairs they would have produced is therefore removed. For example, if
the number 21 has returned four times in the last 12 draws then pairs
(20,21) and (21,22) are ruled out. I'm now looking at numbers that have
not shown at all in the last 12 draws as possible long shots and they
too could be used to rule out more numbers. The tests I have produced
so far are stable and seem to work with backtesting. I'm looking for a
method to predict key numbers and very, very hot numbers
