probably one of those guy's with multiple pensions to burn...I've encountered those types at local indian casinos, they have heaps of extra retirement money to throw away.

also the article mentions thousands of small prizes, that makes it sound like he is using wheels.

his first grand prize was 17years ago...could be one of serious players who let $100 or whatever ride per draw...of course over decades, gotta be a win in there somewhere ha!
