Or it's more correctly to say, how to identify the winning Lotto numbers before the draw?
Because I think that if you have not any control on Lotto numbers , you can't win

Well, somebody is winning week after week.

This forum predicts the lottery numbers for the next draw but so far no one has hit the big six.

But I do believe it is possible, it just depends on the smallest set of numbers you can use to play.

as i can remember, someone here gave 20 numbers and catched 6+1 in 6/49 years ago.

Sorry but predicting the winning Lotto 649 numbers is one thing, but buying a ticket with those numbers and winning the jackpot is another. Even with a time machine it is impossible because the IPLC will change the numbers when you buy the ticket. If the Lottery corporation want a jackpot to rollover they simply wait until the cut-off time 6pm pacific when the ticket sales closes and pick a number combination from their computers that has not yet been bought. They completely control when and where the Jackpots are won.

Yes, I think it is possible and I think most of the people here also think so, or they wouldn't spend hours developing databases and analysing the numbers.

However, I also believe that "LUCK" plays a large role. You can identify a set of 20 numbers that contains the 6 winners, but your wheel only gives you 4/6. Or, you develop a good system but give up on it because it is in a 'cold' streak and not picking very many numbers. The Gods of Randomness do all they can to discourage us

I don't buy the arguments of the people who say you can't win because the game isn't fair. I think that it is difficult to win because that is the way the game was designed.
