On November 12, Atlantic Lottery continues its yearlong celebration of the 20th anniversary of Lotto 6/49 by introducing ATLANTIC 6/49 -- a fun, new, Atlantic Canada-only lottery game played with Lotto 6/49.
ATLANTIC 6/49 offers Lotto 6/49 players an opportunity to play their favourite game in an Atlantic Canadian format. It offers fixed prizes, including a top prize of $1,000,000, and two sets of six computer-generated numbers for $1. Players have the option of playing ATLANTIC 6/49 from one to 10 times on a single Lotto 6/49 ticket.
Every Wednesday and Saturday, Atlantic Lottery will draw six regular numbers and one bonus number from a field of 1 to 49. ATLANTIC 6/49 winning numbers will be different from those drawn in Toronto for the national Lotto 6/49 game. ATLANTIC 6/49 winning numbers will be available from retailers’ terminals the morning after the draw, on this Web site and from ALC’s winning numbers line. Winning numbers will also appear in LUCK beginning with the December issue.
Lotto 6/49 players who use selection slips are already familiar with the columns that allow them to add TAG to their ticket and select the number of draws they wish to play. A third column has now been included to allow players to add ATLANTIC 6/49 to their Lotto 6/49 ticket as well. Players who keep a Lotto 6/49 selection slip to use each draw will need to complete one of the new slips once ATLANTIC 6/49 is launched.
Players who prefer InstaPik can play ATLANTIC 6/49 by saying yes to ATLANTIC 6/49 as they currently do for TAG. Retailers will now ask players if they wish to play ATLANTIC 6/49 on their Lotto 6/49 ticket.
